Exchanges
• Faulty Items: If your item is defective or damaged, we offer exchanges.
• Wrong Size: We understand that shopping online can sometimes make it difficult to select the right size. If you are not satisfied with the size you’ve chosen, we offer exchanges for a different size.
Please note: This policy does not apply to footwear.
• Timeframe: You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
• How to Exchange:

2. If the exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and receiving the replacement.
Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
